Engineering Support & Customization To ensure your team's success while keeping unlimited licensing sustainable, the base program includes a baseline of 1 hour of engineering support per month.
If your organization requires more dedicated bandwidth, additional premium support blocks can be added to your agreement. This coverage is fully flexible and can be structured to match your project timelines - for example, allocating more support hours during initial integration and scaling them back in subsequent years.
